Robert Ennis

Robert is a Managing Director in Investment Banking with more than 25 years of Technology, Media and Marketing experience. He specializes in structuring and executing M&A and private capital-raising transactions for growth companies, primarily in the Digital Media, Interactive Advertising, Marketing Automation and Consumer Internet sectors.  Before joining Benchmark/StoneX, Bob spent over 15 years at boutique investment banks, including as a Managing Director at Petsky Prunier (now Cannacord) and subsequently in Houlihan Lokey’s TMT group. Most recently, he was a Partner at Drake Star Partners. Prior to investment banking, Bob spent several years in Strategy and Corporate Development roles at the News Corporation and then at IAC/InterActiveCorp.  Bob earned an M.P.A. in International Economics from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and a B.S. in Industrial Relations from Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute.
