Dan brings a diverse technical and financial background that includes ten years of high tech entrepreneurial experience and four years of venture banking experience. Prior to co-founding Liquid, he was a Managing Director of Investment Banking at MDB Capital Group, where he led several successful public and private transactions. Previously, Dan was founder and Chief Technology Officer at Evident Technologies, an advanced materials company that commercialized semiconductor nanocrystals, where he established himself as a pioneer in the nanotechnology industry. Dan started his career in the Engineering Leadership Development program at Lockheed Martin. Dan is an inventor on 16 patents and patents pending and has extensive experience in developing and analyzing patent strategy. Dan holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
